Auto Reordering & Inventory Overview
Auto Reordering is a valuable service we offer to our customers that insures they never run out of required forms – or run out of any forms that are a critical aspect of their business.
We get it. Having what you need on hand at all times is an absolute necessity.
Because most all of our orders are customized, [with either our customer’s logo or it’s a unique form we create for a customer’s specific needs], we build extra inventory of those forms so we always have them on hand for you. Anytime. They are there to fulfill your last minute or extended needs in the timeliest of fashion.
When you set up an Auto Reordering plan however, we create a big enough inventory to cover the full length of your plan. Here’s the best part…
Free Financing. You are automatically billed for only the most current shipment to you. An Auto Reordering plan basically allows you to pay per shipment; interest free over the course of your full plan. An Automatic plan is a commitment though, for a specific number of forms, for the entire length of the plan… typically a one year time period.
Should you cancel an Auto Reordering plan early, we will ship the remaining forms in our inventory and all remaining installments will be billed to you.
You get what you need, when you need it, and only get charged for it as you need it.
Increasing the size of your plan in progress is of course no problem. We will gladly do that anytime and volume pricing adjustments so that you always get the best deal. Your forms are always on hand in our warehouse should you need more and if your needs dramatically increase, we do rush orders.
*Note: Your logo is always included at no charge on any form, but other customizations may have charges that apply.

Refunds
Custom orders are not refundable. We will provide you with proofs for your approval before any forms are created and shipped so you can be certain you are getting exactly what you expect – and what you need.

Gifts
We LOVE creativity and we love the spirit of gifting. If you’d like to us to create a unique form for a special occasion, we do that!
Shipping and Shipping Returns
Shipping costs are either factored into your Automatic plan or are clearly conveyed before we ship any order.
WE ALSO SERVICE ENTIRE COMPANY NETWORKS… and we ship direct to local offices.
Rush orders are no problem if you have an immediate need. And by RUSH we mean guaranteed 24 hour shipping.
We’ll let you in on a little company secret… All our rush orders come from customers using other vendors who have run out of required forms like DVIRs or VCRs. North Star customers never have a need for rush orders because we never run let them run out… and we never run out of our stock forms ourselves. Never. We’ve made a name for ourselves by being a reliable vendor that anticipates the needs of our customers.

How does North Star Forms protect your privacy? We use any information you give us to serve you and only you. We do not sell or share your information. We use direct contact with customers to improve our relationships with them and create value in their businesses. Texts or online chats are used for sales and customer support. We follow up on texts and chats when a customer has initiated those and given us consent to continue. If you choose to opt out we respect that. Our site is secure. We keep your information safe. We use the analytics data we gather to make certain we are optimizing value and perception for everyone.
